Karin – Owner & Principal Designer
As the owner and principal designer at Karin Bennett Designs, Karin prides herself on curated, polished designs that compliment you and your lifestyle.
Karin grew up with parents that were house flippers. Her mom was a designer and realtor who loved to fix up old homes. Renovating and designing is in Karin’s blood!
Karin’s career has led her to many incredible opportunities. Notably, Karin was chosen to be the design lead to work alongside Jonathan & Drew Scott for a few seasons of their hit show, Property Brothers, as well as Buying & Selling and Forever Home.
Amanda – Senior Designer
Amanda has been a designer with KBD since 2018.
As our resident space planning guru, reinventing problematic floor plans is her love language.
With a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Amanda lives for all things construction, space planning, millwork, finishes, fixtures, and working with contractors and clients to arrive at the perfect finished product.
Amanda will create your space with function and appeal as top priorities.
Elisa – Senior Designer
Elisa has been an integral part of KBD since 2020.
She works with you to tailor your design project by selecting finishes, furnishings, and fabrics. Elisa loves every step of your project, from conceptualization all the way through styling and accessorizing your custom residential design.
Elisa’s love of the collaborative process makes her a trusted member of our team. She believes that a combination of expertise is the recipe for design magic.

Lisa – Operations Manager
Lisa has been with KBD since 2021, and we love her approachability and her keen approach to business.
You’ll meet Lisa during your onboarding, as she does so much of the heavy lifting behind the scenes! Lisa works hard to maintain our amazing customer service and ensure a seamless backend process.
With over 20 years of experience, Lisa has a wide range of experience in the meticulous execution and management of the day-to-day operations of top-level executives and high-performing teams.
